Collection: Carvings
Carvings are deeply significant to Bininj/Mungguy people and are traditionally used within ceremonial practices to share ancestral knowledge or create sound. The wood is foraged locally on-country in Kakadu, and artists intricately hand-carve and paint the carvings using natural ochres.
